The Involvement Assistant role at Pause is a 12-month, full-time, home-based internship which has been designed for people who are starting their career in the charity sphere but might be excluded from unpaid or voluntary routes into the sector. This role does not require any qualifications or specific work experience and is suited to someone who is passionate about involving people with lived experience. The ideal candidate will have values and skills that align with Pause’s ethos. They will be compassionate, enthusiastic, organised, self-aware and willing to learn.
