Pause national team
Our national team supports local authorities to set up, deliver and continue to develop the Pause Programme in their area, by:
- Providing help to set up and sustain Pause Practices
- Helping to deliver the Pause Programme to ensure Pause Practitioners achieve positive outcomes for women, children and systems
- Learning from women, to make our work even more impactful
- Providing training and learning for Pause Practices
- Developing innovative ways to improve our work and the work of others
- Influencing practice and systems locally
Pause Advisory Group
The Pause Advisory Group is a group of women from across England who’ve completed the Pause Programme. They come together monthly, to help Pause’s board of trustees, senior leadership team and the wider Pause national team make decisions.
Board of trustees
The Pause board of trustees sets the vision and values for Pause and makes decisions about its strategic direction. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience across policy, law, strategy and finance.
