Georgina Perry previously led Practice and Learning at Pause. As a senior manager for an East London NHS service, her expertise in developing integrated services for women with complex needs is central to the Pause model. She continues to work alongside Pause as an Associate, supporting induction and specialist training to ensure that practice is at the heart of what we do.
Georgina has designed delivery and practice models across a range of health and social care settings and conducted research and evaluation in the UK and internationally. She has worked with Home Office, The Met Police and Department of Health advising on the review and transformation of services for marginalised people who experience health exclusion, sexual violence and poor criminal justice outcomes. She is a passionate advocate for the rights and safety of sex workers in the UK.
