What is campaigning?
Campaigning means using your voice and experience to make change. This can be on your own or as part of a group. You can make your voice heard locally or nationally about issues that are important to you.

Whether you are currently working with Pause or not, there are lots of activities you can do to raise your voice.
This guide is designed for women who have had children removed from their care and would like to influence positive change to the services and systems surrounding care proceedings. We have included helpful tips and activities to support you to make your voice heard.
