Each Pause programme is unique to an individual woman’s needs and aspirations and is driven by her. As Pause grows, we want to ensure that the organisation reflects that too.
We are currently working with women to encourage and enable them to contribute and participate to our organisational evolution. We are developing authentic ways for Pause Participants, past and present, to be involved in Pause’s practice development, service design, governance and innovation. This will ensure Pause has an engagement, participation and co-production strategy that puts women at its heart.
