We know that, for many women, the work they do with Pause during the 18-month programme is only the beginning. We support women through their transition from Pause and provide ongoing, less intensive support after they have left.
We recognise that some women want or need more and, as part of Pause’s continuous learning, we are looking to evolve and grow the post-Pause offer. Our post-Pause work, funded by the Big Lottery Fund, engages with Pause Practices and Pause Participants to understand how we can best support women when they transition out of Pause.
We are developing a programme of external training and development opportunities to offer women who have transitioned from Pause. Making sure women’s voices are instrumental in this development process will ensure that what we offer is fit for purpose and has a positive impact.
