As a national, vibrant organisation with strong foundations we are looking to further consolidate our success in the next phase of our development. We are looking for a new Chair for the Board to succeed our Founder, Sophie Humphreys, who steps down at the end of this year. We want someone with the vision and creativity to ensure we deliver our ambitious programme of growth; who will challenge the status quo as we grow in influence and scale and ensure we extend our networks of influence with government, funders and practitioners. Well-connected within your field, you will use effective networks to benefit the women Pause works with as well as being an outstanding ambassador for our cause.
Crucially, and above all, you will be driven to ensure we continue to have a strong financial base to enable Pause to focus on reducing the number of children that need to go into care.
