The Pause Advisory Group is a group of women from across England who’ve completed the Pause Programme. They come together monthly, to help Pause’s board of trustees, senior leadership team and other parts of the Pause national team make decisions.
This is so that women with experience of the Pause Programme can input into important decision-making at Pause. The Advisory Group helps Pause think about what, and how, we do things as an organisation, such as:
- What projects Pause should be prioritising
- Important internal changes to how Pause works
- Pause’s campaign work, to influence children’s social care policy and practice
