As Impact and Influencing Lead, you would sit within the Partnerships and Engagement team but also work closely with colleagues in the Practice and Learning team. This is a new role, which has been designed to bring together our internal learning and our external influencing work. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analysis, evaluation and learning skills, and have an understanding of influencing work and the ability to design creative and impactful campaigns.
Crucially, you have a demonstrable understanding and commitment to Pause’s ethos and a real desire to create positive change in the services and systems that affect the lives of women who have had children removed from their care.
