We are recruiting for a Coordinator to our new Pause Practice in Wakefield.
The Pause Practice Coordinator provides essential administrative and organisational support to a fast‑paced assertive outreach team.
As a Coordinator you will be responsible for providing comprehensive and confidential information, guidance and assistance and administrative support. This will enable staff to perform their duties effectively and efficiently. You will act as a key liaison for partner agencies as well as being a direct point of contact for women themselves.
The role ensures the smooth running of the Pause Practice by managing day‑to‑day operations, acting as a key link between partner agencies and the service, and serving as a first point of contact for women involved in the programme without carrying out casework.
As part of a small, flexible, and collaborative team, the Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and continuity, especially when Practitioners are frequently working out in the community.
This role needs someone well organised and enthusiastic, who pays close attention to detail to support a fast paced and busy assertive outreach team.
