Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The Nelson Trust is seeking a committed, creative, and resilient individual to join our dynamic Women’s Community Services team as a Pause Practitioner. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference to women experiencing multiple disadvantage in Gloucestershire.
As a Pause Practitioner, you’ll deliver intensive, relationship-based support to women, helping them to break cycles of trauma and disadvantage, and reduce the number of children being removed into care. You’ll work as part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary team at our Gloucester Women’s Centre, using assertive outreach, one-to-one and group interventions, and a trauma-informed, gender-responsive approach.
